Energy

Energy - At its core, lightning is electrical charges caused by the environment. So we take inventory of your environment and consider how you (and all that makes you unique) reacts with the context around you. Who are you, what do you believe, and how does that define your leadership?

Connection - The process of lightning striking is connection. We take an opportunity to connect who you are and what context of leadership you are in (from phase one) and connect to how you lead. What are your decisions and daily behaviors that show up in the spaces where you lead?
